1967 Chevy Impala, restored as a Supernatural car. Sweet ride for a SPN fan. This car:Goes fast, courtesy of a great V-8Stops fast, courtesy of disc brakes I added for my daughter so it would be safe.Sounds amazing with a fine tuned exhaust.Seriously, if your looking for a SPN collector car check this out. I bought it for my daughter who drove it until she went off to college and now we realize we need to turn this car into a college fund. Power train is in great shape, interior is incredible and with the disc brakes this is much safer than most '67 rides you usually find. Here's a list for what I know may be of concern to a potential buyer:...no radio...no A/C (yes, there are controls for it, but no A/C equipment under the hood)...no title (clean bill of sale and vehicle registration record available)...loose steering (again, normal for this era vehicle, but if you are buying it for your daughter like I did I recommend this be her second car, not the one to learn on)...needs a driver side sun visorFor a little extra I can add a "storage" box for the trunk and a Lego to go in the heater vent. Please include the character's name who drives the car in SPN in the subject line of your email for a faster response from me.

A handsome cruiser that's ready to enjoy at the local cruise night, it represents Chevy's top-of-the-line in terms of style and performance. And thanks to a strong-running 327, it's a genuine pleasure to drive on the street, not just a pretty face. The fastback profile of the big Imp looks fast just sitting still, and in 1967, there was no faster way to transport yourself and four friends than this. Finished in gorgeous code F Marina Blue (which is the car's original color), you can park this car anywhere and use it to navigate it's so brilliant. The crease running along the top of the quarter panels stands out thanks to great attention to detail, and every panel was hand-fitted so that the gaps are quite good all the way around. The two-stage urethane paint has a shine that buffs up nicely even though it's a few years old and has been driven on the street. Up front there's a polished grille, bright chrome bumpers, and traditional Impala 3-element taillights out back. We've sold quite a few Impalas over the years, but the big blue ones seem to be everyone's favorites. And yes, it's a real SS, so it comes by those badges honestly. Like the exterior, the interior is simply a nicely restored stock setup, complete with bucket seats and a center console. All the upholstery is as nice as the bodywork, with original patterns and materials expertly replicated, and only the steering wheel stands out as not as nice as the rest. Beautifully finished instruments show sharp markings and clear lenses, and there's an aftermarket tach and auxiliary gauges under the dash. And it's so correct that even the original AM radio is still in the center of the dash. In back, this big Imp offers full-sized comfort even for rear seat passengers as well as what may very well be one of the largest trunks ever fitted to an American car. It's finished properly with spatter paint and a correct mat, plus a full sized Rally wheel and spare tire. As I said, there's decent horsepower under the hood in the form of a 327 cubic inch small block V8. Equipped with a Edelbrock intake and 4-barrel carb, it makes smooth power, yet is happy to trundle around town without complaint. The engine bay was prepped and painted as well as the exterior, and that lovely 327 was dressed in Chevy Orange with handsome finned valve covers similar to those found on later Z/28s. Things like the air cleaner, accessories and radiator are original-spec, and you'll also note it has power steering and brakes, which are practically mandatory on a car this big. A TH350 3-speed automatic transmission is built to take the abuse, and spins a rugged 12-bolt rear, which hangs on a fresh set of shocks. Stock cast iron exhaust manifolds feed a new Flowmaster dual exhaust system, but it's otherwise quite stock underneath. The bright Marina Blue finish is perfectly complemented by the flashy Rally wheels with polished trim rings and sitting on 225/70/15 Goodyear radials. Big Impalas still represent a lot of car for the money, just as they did in the '60s. This one is in exactly the right condition for easy cruising and lots of fun without worries. This handsome full-sized SS delivers on its good looks, too, with a strong-running small block V8 and a luxurious interior that lives up to the Impala's "top of the line" position. The paint is likely an older respray that's pretty close to the original code GG Granada Gold. It's got a decent shine and a bit of patina that seems to suit this car just fine. It's been touched up here and there and there are signs of age in the finish, but it's not crying out for a repaint. The bodywork underneath is nicely preserved, offering straight panels that reflect nicely and those dramatic creases in the fenders that give it the illusion of speed even when sitting still. Those might just be the biggest quarter panels ever created, yet they're crisp and straight and not rotted, which is a fate that befell many of this car's siblings. Plenty of shiny chrome is there to remind everyone that this is not a garden-variety Chevy and it still incorporates the Impala's traditional three-element taillights. There are subtle SS badges on the grille and deck lid, and this car comes by them honestly, as it is a real code 168 SS V8. But even without those little badges, this would be a car that earns respect on the street. The attractive gold interior is nicely finished and offers a unique front bench that does its best to look like sporty buckets. It's quite likely that the interior is original, although things like the door panels look so good that maybe they've been replaced at some point, it's hard to tell. That's actually a good thing, because the whole car has an all-of-a-piece look and feel, so nothing stands out as too nice or too deteriorated. Big round gauges still show bright markings and needles and the SS steering wheel makes them easy to see. This car features factory A/C, a somewhat rare and desirable option, along with a factory radio in the center of the dash. The carpets are in excellent condition and aside from some minor discoloration, the back seat looks quite fresh. The trunk, as you'd expect, is truly massive and features the original mat as well as an ancient bias-ply spare tire that certainly dates back to the car's early days. We have every reason to believe that the 327 cubic inch V8 under the hood is original to the car, although there's no proof. The date code falls within the right window of 1967 and it's dressed like it's been there for 45 years. There's bright Chevy Orange paint on the block that has probably been there from the beginning, along with a factory-style air cleaner and ram's horn exhaust manifolds. Power steering and power front disc brakes are mandatory on a car this size and it has a nice burble from the dual exhaust system. A TH400 3-speed automatic transmission was a good idea in a car with this much sheetmetal to haul around and the heavy-duty 12-bolt rear end doesn't even whimper when you mash the throttle. The underside is unrestored and a bit crusty, but there's really nothing to hide her and it does ride and track rather well. It's finished with a set of handsome Rally wheels and fat 235/75/15 Toyo whitewall radials all around. Big and dramatic, this handsome Impala offers a lot of luxury/performance sheetmetal for the money. 1969 SS 427 (Z-24) Impala Custom 2 door hardtop For the discriminating enthusiast, If you are looking for something unique and rare and not at every cruise or car show you have attended, this is it. This vehicle is a real 1969 SS 427 numbers matching (Z-24 option code) Impala Custom. It was also one of the featured cars seen in the December 2014 issue of Super Chevy Magazine on page 32. This car was ordered new by my father and passed on to me in 1971. The G.M. 8" rallye wheels were installed on the car and the car was also undercoated before leaving the dealership, both items were done at a cost of $227.56, It still has all original GM sheet metal. Only 2,455 of these cars were ever produced. There are no exact numbers from GM on how many of these cars were ordered and built with a front bench seat. I have been told less than 122.The car currently has 57,021 original miles and only 1,421 miles since a complete frame off restoration. Over 1,430 hours & $42,000 in parts and materials were invested in the rebuild. It is probably the nicest documented 1969 SS 427 Impala Custom Coupe on the planet. The vehicle was completely disassembled, and stripped using razor blades, all parts were metal prepped and epoxy primed, then sealed with DP-90 and shot with 4 coats of PPG single stage black urethane then color sanded and buffed to a flawless finish (note: all of the paint finishes i.e. gloss, or satin or flat were put back as they came from the factory) . All of the original chrome trim, bumpers and guards were re-plated by Advance plating in Nashville Tennessee. All of the stainless was also polished. The car has power steering, power front disc brakes, Factory original Air conditioning with new A-6 compressor and hoses converted to 134 Freon, cools down to 38 degrees, front bench seat, CB code turbo 400 transmission, GM code 12 bolt with G80 code 273 positraction rear end with F-41 suspension including 4 new Eaton heavy duty F-41 coil springs, am fm radio, and code U73 Stainless steel 1 piece rear antennae, tilt column, sport grip steering wheel, new G.M. under hood and trunk lid lights, New under hood insulator with the original G.M. metal square clips, new Coker red ring radials, It also has the original Goodyear red ring bias ply spare tire in the trunk, (the G.M. tilt column, sport grip steering wheel and am/fm radio were added during the restoration process) The tilt column was completely rebuilt before installation. The original standard steering column and original key goes with the sale.During the rebuild the Original Heavy duty Harrison radiator was re-cored, the vehicle has the factory heavy duty alternator which was rebuilt to factory spec's, The car was ordered with front and rear factory bumper guards, the original front and rear factory floor mats are still in the car, it has the D 34 optional visor vanity mirror, a 1 of a kind custom in dash Tach was built and installed. (in the same hole the factory clock would go in) I also have the original clock and a new nos GM electric clock that is included, the car has a new windshield and back glass all of the glass is the original date code tinted glass except the windsheild., the new exhaust system has clamped (not welded) aluminized pipes with walker original mufflers. This car also has Factory seat belts and shoulder harnesses. The engine work was completed by Greg Walker with Walker Custom Engine Performance. The numbers matching LI code 427 390 horse engine is still standard bore. It was completely rebuilt with new piston rings, cam and crank bearings. The crank was also polished, a new correct lift and duration stock hydraulic cam and lifters was installed along with a new Melling high volume oil pump, new brass freeze plugs were installed in the block, the original numbers matching heads were rebuilt using hardened seats (for today’s non leaded gas), and bronze guides for durability. The stock rocker arms were replaced with roller tip long slot rocker's from Comp cams. A three angle valve job was also completed during the head rebuild process, The original type GM 4 piece oil pan gasket was replaced with a Felpro 1 piece rubber gasket. Currently it has a set of Hooker ceramic coated headers. I put a 1967 L-68 Corvette 400 horsepower high rise oval port tri-power intake and carb set up on this car in 1971 (The GM 427 tri power intake set up was produced for Corvette only and only for 3 years total. The one on this car was the very first year of production. This particular 1967 intake style (oval port high Rise) was only produced for the first year by GM in 1967 and is very rare, the 68 and 69 versions, whether they were 400 horse oval port or the rectangular port 435 horse were low rise intake units made by GM for hood clearance because of the Corvette body change and hood design in 68 and 69) . The carb’s, linkage and all fuel lines, fittings etc are brand new . I also have the original intake and a big block 390 horse Quadrajet carb, Since the complete rebuild only non-ethanol gas has been put in the car.The correct factory exhaust manifolds and new hardware to put the engine back completely original are included with the sale. The original distributor has a petronix electronic module with matching black coil and date coded original type black Packard ignition wires. The fan clutch and 7 blade fan blade are all date code correct. All of the suspension componets were rebuilt to original specs, All new fuel lines, gas tank, sending unit, brakes and brake lines, the car has a new set of G. M. N.O.S. 2 piece disc rotors on the front. The original G-80 12 bolt rear end was completely disassembled and rebuilt with all new bearings, seals, and posi-traction GM clutch pack. The original GM 273 ratio ring gear and pinion with new crush sleeve was re-installed and set up to factory specs. The interior was also restored as needed, with a new air conditioning dash pad, new front and back seat covers, (I have the original seat covers also) Dynamat sound deadener was installed over the entire floor and behind the rear seat back area. Then new original type GM tar paper floor insulation was installed along with the new jute and new carpet.. Riding in this car is as quite as a factory new Impala. A custom made (indoor only) ultra soft California car cover is included in this sale. I also have additional current photos as of 8-11-2016 should you need them sent to you. I have the original build sheet, a protect o plate, copy of window sticker. This is an original southern car, ordered at Nalley Chevrolet in Atlanta and built in Doraville Georgia. My older brother who was a painter for GM painted the car at the Doraville plant when it was originally being built. All of the restoration work was documented from start to finish. I have all the receipts for the work performed on the car. The vehicle is being sold as is, with no implied warranties. Please contact seller 770-529-5601 with any questions you may have, if you are serious about bidding on the car. Any and all shipping, or transportation fees and if applicable taxes to be covered by the buyer. Good luck bidding.
